All deliveries are by courier, Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm

AM & Saturday Delivery Options Are Available At An Additional Cost

We aim for next working day delivery on all FAST DELIVERY orders when order is placed before 2.30pm

If an order is urgent please call us on 01204 328 774 before 3pm and we'll upgrade your order to our VIP service for £14.99 to ensure it is included in that day's dispatch

Equipment

Web orders for equipment will be delivered within 2-7 working days wherever possible. Higher Value equipment and custom-ordered machines can take longer. We suggest discussing delivery times with our sales team to be sure prior to ordering.

Damage and Discrepancies

All order issues/discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 Hours

Returns

Any opened/used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange

Valid goods accepted for returns must be, in unused and preferably unopened, or in the same condition in which they were delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 15% fee for returning and refunding the money and there will be a Re-Stocking & Handling fee of up to £15 on the product

We reserve the right not to refund items that are returned in unusable or unsellable condition, (e.g. - out of date, ripped packaging) We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have agreed that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used

Custom-ordered products and commercial equipment purchases are not eligible for return
